Appliance Repair Service

Our appliance repair service is there to help you maintain your KitchenAid appliance in good working order. If you send your appliance to us, we can inspect, analyse and diagnose the issues with your machine.  We can then repair and service your appliance and return it to you by courier. We aim to complete most repairs within 5 working days.

What our service involves      

Our repair service consists of the following steps:

Step 1: Please contact us to talk about the issue with your KitchenAid appliance. If after discussion with us, you are happy to go ahead and arrange for your appliance to be repaired, we will send you a payment link for this service.

Step 2: Once the payment has been made, we will email you and provide you with instructions and a label so that your appliance can be tracked by us from the moment we receive it.

Step 3: Your next step is to arrange for your appliance to be carefully packaged (see our page on packaging tips) and shipped to our repair centre by courier.  It is a good idea to make sure that you adequately insure your appliance against damage during transit.

Step 4: When we receive your appliance, we will take photographs and record any visable damage.  

Step 5: Our technicians will then investigate and diagnose the fault with your appliance.  Where possible it will be repaired and a general service carried out. Most faults are covered by our repair service.

Step 6: The final step is to test your appliance before returning it to you by courier.
