If you do, we can usually help you identify the part you need. Please email us with the model name and number of your machine along with a brief description of the part you need and we will try to help you out. The model number is usually located underneath most KitchenAid appliances.

Distant Selling Regulations

The price stated is valid for 14 days from the date of purchase. Goods will be despatched from stock within working 5 working days of receipt of payment. If goods are not in stock this will have been communicated in the item description or we will notify you within 5 working days. Substitute goods will not be supplied if an item is out of stock.

You have the right to cancel the order within 7 days of receipt of your goods. You must notify us by email at sales@kaparts.co.uk to exercise this right. You must return the goods to us at your expense such that the goods can be resold. The goods must be returned within 10 working days of the notification to exercise your right to cancel. If the goods were supplied in a box that box must be placed in packaging for its return such that the box is not marked and is able to be resold as new.

Payment

We use PayPal to take credit card payments. We are unable to accept cheques at this stage.

You do not need a PayPal account to pay us though. When you check out you will be taken to the PayPal site but unless you choose to use an existing account or create a new one you can pay by credit card without and account.

If the credit card you are using has previously been registered with a PayPal account you will be forced to log into the PayPal account it is attached to.

If you are having difficulties using PayPal please let us know.

Please be aware that to help fight fraud, PayPal will insist that we send all goods to the address provided with the PayPal payment. If you do already have an account, please make sure that the address you specify in PayPal for delivery is the correct one.

We are now VAT registered. Our VAT registration started on 1st September 2010, GB995885137. All prices include VAT. A VAT invoice will be sent with every order. We are unable to remove VAT from our prices at checkout. All EU orders will include VAT.
